missingWrote a review on Nov 08on-site restaurantfilthy bathroombedbugs
The on-site restaurant had good breakfast options.
My family and I had a terrible experience during our stay. First, the room we were given smelled musty and had obvious signs of neglect. The bathroom was filthy, and I discovered bedbugs in one of the rooms we moved into. We ended up changing rooms multiple times, each one presenting new issues ranging from broken air conditioning to unclean conditions. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with so many problems in such a short stay.

I had a pleasant stay with good service from the staff and enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. The hotel location offered incredible views, especially from the spacious patio of my room. While there were minor hiccups with room amenities at times, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially given the affordable price and beautiful grounds.

It was just a solid selection for a weekend respite in Guadalajara with value for money. The shower pressure was great, which I really appreciated after a long day. If you need transportation, prepare for a bumpy ride back to main attractions.

The room was decent, but the mattress was super hard, not great for sleeping. The AC worked well, which was a plus, but I had an outdated fridge that was never fixed. The view from the patio was nice, and it felt clean overall. Just wish the furniture was a bit more modern and comfy!

We had a fantastic stay, enjoying the amazing view while lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and unwinding in the garden area. The only hiccup was that our room was missing hand towels, but housekeeping sorted that out quickly. Make sure to check out the restaurant for breakfast. it's a great way to kick off your day! 😊

The stunning view from the room was a highlight, offering breathtaking sights of the surrounding landscape. However, the overall experience was marred by some disappointing aspects. the air conditioning was malfunctioning, leading to an uncomfortable night. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with noticeable stains on the carpet. Although the breakfast had some tasty local sweets, the hotel is in dire need of renovations to uphold its reputation.
